Farm To Table
We have a highly experienced chef who prepares a balanced diet with fresh ingredients that the nutritionist prescribes. Our school chef, Bichitra Maharana, has about 8 years of experience in the hotel management industry both in India as well as abroad.
He has worked for The Park (Connaught Place), Hotel- Radisson Blu (Mahipalpur), DLF Clubs, and in Miami as well His duties at Ompee World School include checking the freshness of food as well as ingredients, supervising and coordinating the activities of cooks and other workers and creating new recipes and deciding on the presentation.
He also is in charge of the menu-planning and ensuring uniform meal portions are served and maintaining quality and hygiene being the best play school in Gurgaon. In case of a requirement for additional staff and chefs, he is in charge of the hiring and training process.
He and his team ensure the inventory pertaining to food and supplies gets replenished as and when required. The Chef ensures that hygiene practices and safety standards are maintained and followed.

At Ompee International Schools, all its students have to wear a uniform. For all students at nursery schools in Gurgaon, there are different uniforms for the summer and winter seasons. In addition, there are different uniforms for daily wear as well as for P.E.
