What is a Detox Session?

Our Detox Session is a structured program that aims to cleanse the body of toxins, enhance mental clarity, and rejuvenate the spirit. Through a combination of mindful eating, physical activity, and relaxation techniques, students will embark on a journey of self-discovery and wellness.

Program Highlights:

Nutritional Education:
Students will learn about the importance of nutrition and how to incorporate whole foods into their diets. We will focus on fresh fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and hydration, while eliminating processed foods and sugary drinks.
Physical Activities:
Engaging in regular physical activity is essential for overall health. Our program includes yoga sessions, outdoor activities, and team sports that promote movement, teamwork, and fun!
Mindfulness Practices:
